Order processing

After payment is approved, orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 20 business days after processing, depending on the destination country/region, carrier, product availability, customs review, and logistics conditions. Some orders may arrive earlier or later due to factors outside our control.

Fulfillment partners and separate packages

Some products may be shipped by logistics partners or domestic and international suppliers. When an order includes more than one item, products may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

Shipping costs

The store may offer free shipping on orders over US$20, as displayed on the website. For orders that do not qualify, available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before purchase completion.
